Fried Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large carrots, cleaned and sliced
    4 slices bacon, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown diced onion in skillet.
    Cook carrot slices in salted water until almost done.
    Add carrot slices to browned bacon.
    Also add a small amount of carrot liquid.
    Combine salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over carrots.
    Cover and fry until done.
