Bavarian Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 tsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. caraway seed (optional)
1 can sauerkraut
Preparation

Brown pork chops in oil and remove.
Toss together brown sugar, onion, caraway seed and sauerkraut.
Place back into the skillet and place pork chops on the top.
Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
Serves 4.
