Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon or vanilla pudding
    1 c. boiling water
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Beat with mixer 4 minutes.
    Pour mixture into greased and floured loaf pans (2 large or 3 small loaf pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
