Judy'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. homemade or instant mashed potatoes
2 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 bunch spring onions, chopped (tops included)
paprika
Preparation
-
Make mashed potatoes with butter and milk or follow instructions on instant potato package.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
