Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. margarine (2 1/2 sticks)
1 box brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. Quaker oats (Quick or old-fashioned, uncooked)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix all dry ingredients well, then add liquids.
If you want raisins, add in with dry ingredients.
Bake 8 to 9 minutes for a chewy cookie.
Bake 10 to 11 minutes for crispy cookies.
Cool 3 to 4 minutes on cookie sheet.
Store tightly covered.
Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies or something around that.
