Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cake flour
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 large egg whites (room temperature)
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift cake flour, cocoa and powdered sugar together. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar until very stiff peaks form.
Fold in vanilla.
Add flour mixture gradually folding gently after each addition. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
