Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (cubes)
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 sticks butter/margarine
    8 c. Corn Chex cereal, crushed with hands to make 5 c. or use amount you want
Preparation
    Put frozen hash browns in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Press down with hands.
    Mix together soup, sour cream, cheese and onion; pour over potatoes.
    Melt butter/margarine; mix with crushed cereal.
    Spread cereal over casserole.
    Once ingredients are in baking pan, do not mix them together.
    They should be layered.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
