Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. carrots, cook until tender and drain
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, vinegar, tomato soup, bell pepper and onion; add to drained carrots.
Mix well.
Keep indefinately in refrigerator.
