Molded Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) can tuna (albacore in spring water, preferable)
1/3 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. sliced sweet pickles
1/3 c. diced celery
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Cream the cream cheese and mayonnaise; add gelatin, tuna (albacore), carrots, pickles and celery.
Mix lightly.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
Serves 4 to 6.
