Fresh Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. drippings
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Stir in flour.
Cook 1 minute.
Gradually add beef broth, meat drippings and pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Makes 4 cups.
