Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. wild rice
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Cook washed rice in 4 cups water for 45 minutes.
    Add salt. Drain liquid.
    Brown meat.
    Add celery and onion; cook slightly. Drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and the ground beef mixture to the cooked wild rice.
    Bake in a casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
