Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    In large Pyrex dish, pour hash browns.
    Melt 1 stick butter and pour over top.
    Mix together all other ingredients and pour over hash browns.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
