Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
3 mashed bananas

Preparation

Mix sugar, Crisco and eggs.
Add flour, soda, milk and vanilla.
Mash bananas.
Add pecans; stir.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
