Buckwheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buckwheat or whole wheat
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add milk and eggs, then shortening.
    Fry on greased hot griddle.
    Serve hot with syrup.
