Spinach Rockafeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
    3/4 c. crushed saltines
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. minced dry onion
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle some extra Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
