Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelop Lipton onion recipe soup mix
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Two cups of cold mashed potatoes and stir into it six tablespoons melted butter, beating to a white cream before adding anything else.
    Add two eggs, whipped very light and a teacup of cream, salt to taste.
    Beat this thoroughly and pour into a baking dish, bake in a quick oven until browned.
    If properly mixed it will be very light and good, better than any mashed potatoes.
