Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
Add half of hash browns. Mix soup, sour cream, milk and onions.
Pour half of this over hash browns plus 1 cup grated cheese.
Add rest of potatoes and pour remaining mixture over.
Add rest of cheese.
Sprinkle cornflakes over.
Pour the other 2 tablespoons oleo over all.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
