Baked Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/2 c. milk
    3-1/4 c. uncooked regular grits
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
    1 (5 oz.) jar sharp processed cheese spread
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil, add grits and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring often. Add butter, salt and both cheeses, stirring until blended. Spoon into a lightly greased, one quart casserole dish, bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
