Crock Pot Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 (15 oz.) can condensed clam chowder (Snows)
    1 (10 oz.) can baby clams
    1 medium onion chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 pint half and half
    2 slices bacon
    2-3 stalks celery, chopped
    a little milk if needed to thin mixture
    Black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place bacon in bottom of crock pot.
    Add margarine, onions and celery.
    Cook on high until margarine melts and cook celery and onion about 15 minutes.
    Combine other ingredients and cook on high one hour - turn to low and continue to cook for about four hours.
