Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup pecans and 2 cups bananas. Spoon batter into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from pans and frost with cream cheese frosting.
