Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook the spinach and drain.
    Add the cottage cheese, eggs and seasonings.
    Spoon into an 8-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with margarine.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
