Veal Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
 
4 (7 oz. each) veal shoulder chops
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. finely chopped shallots or white part of green onions
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Preparation
- 
                            Heat oil in large skillet over moderate heat.
 
Coat chops with flour, shaking off excess.
Brown chops in skillet on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
Remove to a plate.
