Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. pears, grated
2 tsp. vanilla
nonstick spray
Preparation
-
Add each ingredient in order in a big mixing bowl.
Pour into individual loaf pans or several regular cake pans that have been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0. Cool upside down.
Serve hot or freeze for later.
