Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4-5 lb. hen, cooked and diced
1/2 lb. long spaghetti, cooked
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 (8 oz.) mushrooms, sliced
1/2 chopped pimento
1/2 lb. butter
2/3 c. flour
4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 lb. American cheese
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
Preparation

To make sauce, combine butter, flour, milk, nutmeg, American cheese, and Old English cheese.
When cooked, add onion, petter, pimento, and mushrooms.
Use two 8x12 Pyrex dishes, or one large pan.
Grease pan, and layer cooked spaghetti, cooked and diced chicken, and sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This may be frozen.
