Cold Water Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk or fork. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes and frost with your favorite fudge frosting.
