Chocolate Silk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared (9-inch) butter flavored pie crust
    1 tsp. water
    1 egg white
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    2 c. softened vanilla ice cream
    3 tsp. whipped topping for garnish
    1 small chocolate bar, crushed for garnish
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place pie crust on a cookie sheet.
    In small bowl, beat together water and egg white.
    Brush on the pie crust and bake for about 5 minutes or until light golden.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, place the pudding, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk and softened ice cream; mix for about 1 minute in an electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
    Pour mixture into cooled pie crust and freeze a few hours until firm.
    Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with whipped topping and crushed chocolate.
    Store leftover pie in freezer.
