Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, baked
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black or white pepper
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut top 1/3 from potato.
    Scoop out the insides and place into large mixing bowl; save the shells.
    Add warm milk, butter, salt, pepper and mix until creamy.
    Add Parmesan cheese, mixing with a spoon.
    Place mixture into reserved shells.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Place in baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
    Will serve 4.
