Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add alternately with milk and well beaten egg yolks.
    Add melted butter, but not too hot. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in hot waffle iron.
