Cream Cheese Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    pepper to taste
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 can bacon bits
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables as indicated; add water.
    Cook until tender.
    Combine cream cheese, butter and soup.
    Add to cooked vegetables.
    Add bacon bits, pepper and milk.
    Heat and serve.
