Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (or 3 large) mashed sweet potatoes
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    large can evaporated milk
    1/4 stick margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together with electric mixer.
    (You may use less of the evaporated milk if it is too thin a consistency.)
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
