24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can pitted light or dark sweet cherries, drained
    2 (13 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 2 Tbsp. syrup)
    3 oranges, pared, sectioned and cut up or 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Mix cherries, pineapple, oranges and marshmallows; toss with Old-Fashioned Pineapple Dressing.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
    Spoon into lettuce-lined salad bowl or lettuce cups and if desired, garnish with orange sections.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
