Chipped Beef Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup dried beef with softened cream cheese.
    Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and horseradish.
    Blend thoroughly. Refrigerate mixture 15 minutes.
    Form into ball and roll in remaining dried beef.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Enjoy!
