Luncheon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Crushed Pineapple
    1/2 c. Lemon Juice
    1 c. Sugar
    1 c. Mild Cheese (in small cubes)
    1 c. Chopped Celery
    1 c. Chopped Pecans
Preparation
    Fold in one cup whipped cream.
    Pour into molds and set.
