Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Place undrained, thawed strawberries into a large bowl; add eggs and oil.
    Beat with fork to mix.
    Stir in 2 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar.
    Mix pecans with remaining 1/2 cup flour.
    Stir into strawberry mixture and beat to mix thoroughly.
    Pour mixture into 2 greased, floured 9 x 5-inch or 3 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    If top starts to overbrown before bread is done, loosely cover top with a piece of foil.
