Ham-Cheese Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) ham, beef or bacon, torn into small pieces
    1 c. shredded Cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and seasoning salt.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased oblong baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches) or square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inches).
    Cook uncovered in 325\u00b0 oven until omelet is set and top is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
