Pineapple Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1/2 c. salad oil
5 egg yolks
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 c. egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Sift together cake flour, sugar, baking powder and dash of salt.
Make well in center and add in this order:
salad oil, yolks and pineapple juice.
Beat until smooth.
