Rice And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts
    10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in margarine.
    Slice water chestnuts. When onions are done, add rice, broccoli, soup, evaporated milk and water chestnuts.
    Mix in one third of the cheese.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
