Preparation

Salt and pepper inside and out.
Place in roaster or turkey pan with 6 cups of water.
Tightly cover with lid or heavy-duty foil. Bake the bird in a 500\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour.
Turn off oven and do not open the door for 12 hours.
It does work and your turkey will be moist and tender.
