Quickie Luscious Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips whole wheat and spinach lasagna noodles
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. skim milk Ricotta cheese
    2 egg whites
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) jar salt-free meatless spaghetti sauce
    2 small zucchini, sliced 1/8-inch thick
    4 oz. skim milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Add lasagna noodles to boiling water one at a time so you do not stop the water from boiling.
    Boil 15 minutes or until tender. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly again.
    Blend Ricotta cheese, egg whites, spinach and parsley.
    Add minced garlic to spaghetti sauce.
