Green Bean Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 cans French-style green beans, drained
Preparation

Saute onion and margarine.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add sour cream, stirring constantly.
Cook until smooth and thickened.
Add beans.
Put into deep casserole.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
