Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. fat
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. stock
    salt and pepper
    1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Preparation
    Make a brown sauce of fat, flour and stock.
    Season and add mushrooms.
    Cook 4 minutes for canned and 5 or 6 minutes for fresh ones.
