Peaches And Cream("Brings Men To Their Knees") - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained (reserve juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peach juice

Preparation

Combine flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix egg, milk and butter.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures and spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Chop peach slices and arrange on top of batter.
Combine the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice; pour over peaches.
Sprinkle a cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350\u00b0. Serve hot or cold.
