Cornish Hens With Special Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 jar currant jelly
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 Cornish hens
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; add sherry.
    Bring to a boil.
    Blend in jelly, lemon juice, salt, mustard and paprika; boil for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Brush hens with sauce; place in roasting pan. Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting often with remaining sauce.
