Spinach Lasagne Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. lasagne
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (Birds Eye)
    2 (15 oz.) containers Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese *
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    *Set aside about 1/4 cup to use as topping on casserole before baking.
