Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, loosely grated
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In bowl,
    beat\teggs
    until frothy.
    Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla
    until
    it\tis
    thick
    and lemon colored.
    Stir in loosely grated zucchini.
    Stir in flour (sifted with cinnamon, soda, salt and
    baking
    powder).
    Fold in chopped nuts.
    Pour mixture into three oiled and floured loaf pans.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for approximately one hour.
