Chocolate Fudge Sauce(For Ice Cream) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. bittersweet chocolate
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, melt chocolate and butter over simmering water.
    Add confectioners sugar and milk alternately, 1/2 cup at a time, blending with a whisk.
    Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes, whisking often.
    Remove from heat.
    Transfer to mixing bowl and beat 5 minutes.
    Do not miss this step.
