Fiesta Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 pork chops, fat trimmed
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Arrange meat in it. Top with soup mix, then rice.
    Spread ketchup; sprinkle on Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour boiling water over all.
    Cover; bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add additional 1/2 cup boiling water if mixture dries out.
    Remove from oven.
    Top with cheese; allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
