Overnight Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. butter or Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    9 to 11 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast with 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon sugar and let stand 5 minutes.
    Mix together all ingredients in the late afternoon. Let rise; punch down and before going to bed, make into buns or cinnamon rolls.
    Let rise all night on countertop covered with a towel.
    Bake in morning at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
