Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. lemon rind
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
9-inch pie shell
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Separate eggs.
Grate lemon rind.
Cook first 5 ingredients and egg yolks until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. Cool before putting into 9-inch pie shell.
