Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 large ripe bananas (sliced)
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream together shortening and sugar.
    Add bananas and milk. Mix well with mixer; add eggs and blend.
    Mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt and nutmeg together.
    Stir into cream mixture.
    Fold in 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
